Slombers Woke rose to the challenge of opening the night. Simple acoustic melodies, clever lyrics and a relaxed stage presence helped set the tone for what would be a great night of music

With effortless songwriting and beautifully crafted songs, there's no wonder Slombers Woke are gaining great notoriety on the Isle of Wight music scene. Their melodic, catchy anthems display faultless harmonisation with hints of great British songwriting.

The first time we saw Slombers Woke was at Songbird Sessions in the Blacksheep Bar where they stole the show with a fantastic set. Lovely guitar work and harmonies from John Sharman, loud and powerful vocals from Paddy Cullen and solid progressive bass lines from Dave Holley, I cant wait to see what they have to offer at Postfest this year.
